The opening of the A3 Hindhead Tunnel in late July 2011 has improved access and journey times to property in the Hampshire - Surrey - Sussex Border area. Inspite of the economy being flat property prices in Hindhead, Liphook, Frensham, Churt and Haslemere are expected to do more than hold their own - with a lot of house improvement in prospect in 2012

According to an article in the Sunday Times dated Jan 8th 2012 Knight Frank say " house prices should be boosted by at least 5%" in Churt Village near by.
