CircoTherm®
A powerful fan draws air from the interior of the oven. It then heats up the air and forces it right back into the oven cavity through strategically placed shaped ducts in the rear wall. This system means the oven heats up rapidly, and needs little or no preheating
CircoTherm Intensive .CircoTherm plus bottom heat for pizzas, speciality breads,& one stage pastry like meringues.
Top & Bottom Heat. For pastries and scones
Bottom Heat.. Pizza bases,pastry cases, bainmarie and casseroles.

Bread Baking. Available on NeffNavigator and Series 4 and 5 ovens. Ideal for crusty bread.
Defrost. For delicate foods, fish and poultry.
Full Surface Grill. The grill is in the oven roof,
Centre Surface Grill. For small quantitiies you can use the centre only.
CircoRoasting
. The grill cycles on and off alternately, the fan distributing the heat Ideal for rotisserie meat and poultry. Cooking times may be reduced by 35-40%.

Dough Proving - a warm, damp environment.
Low Temperature Cooking - To slowly tenderise meat and poultry. Hob sealed prime cuts are placed in a pre-heated dish and transferred to the oven.

Neff Combination OvenCombination Oven-Microwave - a multifunction oven with a integrated microwave. It looks like a traditional oven inside. Ideal for traditional cooking with the added speed of the microwave function.
Microwave Combination Oven - a microwave with additional functionalty of hot air and grilling. For those who use a microwave a lot .
Functions -a rotating turntable base for even distribution of microwaves. Stirrer Facility - A fan in the roof or bottom of the oven to distribute microwave energy. Three stage programming of microwaves, recipe memory positions, weight automatic cooking and defrosting facility and Inverter Technology to regulate the microwaves resulting in lower cooking times and energy consumption.
