Exsurgo's Introduction to the art of Mixology.

Whilst the rest of us have been sunning ourselves on beaches on tropical isles or otherwise relaxing in pleasure-spots around the world Darren Neal, Gold Medallist Chef and owner of Exsurgo Restaurant & Bar in Midhurst, has been busy with his cocktail shaker.

He has come up with an amazing new Cocktail Menu which will make you just drunk reading it! At £3 a throw Darren is giving the stuff away; but that's fine by him because he wants you to dress up in your glad rags, collar your family and friends and descend in force on Exsurgo on Bonfire Night Saturday 5th November, prepared to drink the place dry. Yes! there's a free public car park for your car to sleep in adjoining Exsurgo; and if you risk getting a bit blotto we suggest you book in for the night at the Angel Hotel just up the street and 'crash out' But, no!. Enjoy yourselves and stay on after the mixology session for the greatest taste experience you've had in years - Darren's creative artistry from the kitchen. Exsurgo means 'revival'. Yours!.

Here are some of the cocktails you'll be privileged to sample at three pounds a throw: Jaguar Cocktail, Espresso Martini Cocktail, Melon Pina Colada, Whisky Cocktail, White Russian, Between the Sheets, Pimms Cocktail, Tubo Pimms Cocktail, Bay Breezer, Cosmopolitan Cocktail, Bramble, Thai Smirnoff Cocktail and Blood Mary.There are also Champagne Cocktails: Classic, Kir Royale and Elderflower. Sorry, we don't have an airport in Midhurst. When we say you can 'crash out in Midhurst' we didn't mean drop in by Boeing!.
